This promotion consists of two parts:

Part I. Resellers and Systems Integrators who use their SDP Unique URL in a sales/marketing campaign may be eligible to receive up to $5,000 USD reimbursement for eligible campaigns executed in 2nd Half 2021.

Part II. Business Partners will receive a payment of 2% on IBM sales out revenue from won opportunities generated with the BP’s SDP Unique URL in 2nd Half 2021. For additional information please refer to the announcement letter.

Potential deals must be approved by IBM in advance of proposal being made to Resellers or System Integrators, and Customers with the 4.65% incentive included. Criteria for approval is based on the following:

• The customer being part of the Geographic White Space, defined as the portion of IBM's identified Segment 2 customers with no IBM Storage revenue in past 3 years.
• Reseller's written request on behalf of customer for additional funding up to 4.65% to place the order with IBM for the potential deal.
• The potential deal being submitted by December 15, 2021 in OMV and the PO or lease documentation being sent to IBM by December 31, 2021.

Approved Storage Geographic White Space deals will be communicated to the Distributor. The following are not eligible for this incentive:• Products purchased under demonstration, development terms and evaluation terms• Products purchased under Transactions Agreement terms, ELA / ESA / OEM /OIO contracts• Sales to Government Entities• All ‘used‘ equipment sales
