There are two service tier levels: Advanced and Premium. Each tier provides a group of selected hardware and software services to support the Power E1080, and clients can select the tier that better fits their needs.

Software Maintenance (SWMA) and Proactive Support are pre-requisites for each level.

Power Expert Care has coverage options of 3-5 years and is available September 17, 2021.

• Premium Expert Care includes HWMA, Global Total Microcode Support (GTMS), Media Retention (MR), and IBM Enterprise Accelerated Value Program (eAVP).

Program Details:

• TPM100K opportunities that have net new HWMA content that meets or exceeds $100K or more of net new (winback qualified) HWMA as it is measured prior to any special bid allowance will qualify.
• Competitive pricing on Power, System Z, and Storage. IBM will seek to provide potentially up to a 50% reduction in BP cost (HWMA) as measured against the last pricing previously provided to an end-user within the last 6 months from the time the client was provided pricing for IBM related services.
