Join Tech Data and Microsoft on Tuesday, June 15th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST for an interactive workshop aimed at developing or refreshing your Azure Business Model to digitally transform your customers.
During this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to build a plan that identifies your customer segments, value propositions, channels to reach customers, customer relationships you establish, and revenue streams you generate. The plan will also identify key resources and activities you require to create value, key partners, and cost structure. We'll then help you to map these out on a pre-structured canvas so you can leave with a tool to help you map, discuss, design, and invent new business models.
Additionally, join us for a follow-up session on Friday, June 18th from 1 to 2 p.m. EST to regroup with the Business Model Canvas team and have any additional questions answered, your work reviewed, etc. Registering for the initial workshop by filling out the form to the right will ensure that you also receive information regarding the follow-up session.
